Bidwells has been appointed as the managing agent for Crown Estate Scotland's rural portfolios across the North and South of Scotland. This appointment strengthens a 25-year relationship between the two organizations. The rural portfolio spans 87,400
acres and includes 470 leases, covering tenant farms, small businesses, residential properties, and visitor attractions. The contract will be managed from Perth and Inverness, with Bidwells planning to expand its Estate Management team in Scotland by a third. The five-year contract, with a potential four-year extension, will be overseen by Ralph Peters, Bidwell's Head of Rural, Scotland.
