'Ally' tells the story of a piglet squid living in the South Pacific Ocean who dreams of seeing the sun and becoming the star of a wildlife documentary. The narrative takes a turn when a mysterious aircraft crashes into the ocean, disrupting Ally's peaceful existence and propelling her on an adventurous journey. The film is a collaborative effort involving CJ ENM, Penture Invest, and Pathé for financing and distribution, with Barunson C&C overseeing production. Bong Joon Ho co-wrote the script with Jason Yu, and Seo Woo-sik is producing.
