Hotel Del Coronado. His career includes roles as Executive Chef at The Westin Bonaventure Hotel & Suites Los Angeles, The Biltmore Los Angeles, and other prestigious locations. Mills will oversee the resort's five dining concepts and manage operations for over 132,367 square feet of meeting and event spaces. His culinary training was completed at Portland's Western Culinary Institute, Le Cordon Bleu Program.
