Global management consulting firm Kearney has announced the appointment of two senior partners to new leadership roles within its Asia-Pacific operations. Keat Yap has been named the Country Head for Malaysia, where he will oversee strategic direction,
client portfolio, and operations. Keat has been with Kearney since 2008, focusing on strategic operations, transformation, turnaround, procurement, and supply chain management. He will continue to lead Kearney’s Product Excellence and Renewal Lab for the APAC region. Meanwhile, Marco de la Rosa has been appointed as the Communications, Media, and Technology practice lead for Asia-Pacific. Marco, who has 20 years of experience across Asia-Pacific and the United States, will continue to lead the Philippines business of Kearney, operating out of the firm’s Manila and Singapore offices.
