The Morgan Motor Company has introduced its most powerful production car to date, the Morgan Supersport 400. This new model marks a significant milestone for the company, which has been in operation for 116 years. The Supersport 400 is equipped with a BMW-sourced
3.0-litre straight-six engine, delivering 402 horsepower. This power boost allows the car to accelerate from 0 to 60 mph in 3.6 seconds and reach a top speed of 180 mph. The car retains Morgan's traditional craftsmanship, using ash wood from British forests for its bodywork. The Supersport 400 also features a handling pack with adjustable Nitron dampers, a sportier exhaust, and lighter wheels.
