The Costa Mesa High School girls' swim team achieved a historic victory by winning their first CIF Southern Section Division 3 championship. The team, led by coach Keith Ryan, excelled in relay events, setting school records in the 200 medley, 200 freestyle,
and 400 freestyle relays. This victory marks the third CIF championship for Costa Mesa in four years, following previous successes in boys' swimming.
