Key features include a Lip Sleeping Mask customization station, where visitors can create personalized versions of the brand's iconic lip mask, and the Neo Experience, which uses a robot to help customers find the perfect shade of Laneige's Neo Cushion Glow compact. Additionally, the store offers the Cream Skin Experience, which uses AI-powered skin readings to create custom skincare blends on-site.
