Elemental Royalty Corporation, through its subsidiary Bronco Creek Exploration, has entered into an exploration and option agreement with Robinson Holdings, a subsidiary of KGHM Polska Miedź. The agreement involves four porphyry copper projects in Nevada,
namely Royson, Big E, Tango, and Whiskey. Under the terms, Elemental will receive execution payments totaling $315,000 and option payments up to $600,000 per project over a six-year earn-in period. Robinson Holdings will fund up to $5 million in exploration expenditures per project, with Elemental providing technical and operational support. Elemental retains a 2% net smelter return royalty interest and certain milestone payments for any project where Robinson Holdings elects to earn-in.
