Cheniere Energy Partners has signed an engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) contract with Bechtel Energy for the Sabine Pass LNG Expansion Project in Louisiana. The project, which includes Train 7 and supporting infrastructure, is expected
to have a production capacity of over 6 million tonnes per annum. The final investment decision for Phase 1 is anticipated by early 2027, pending regulatory approvals and financing arrangements.
