at Kearney, will lead the Tokyo office, one of the firm's largest in Asia. Previously, he led the Communications, Media, and Technology practice in Japan. Harigaya succeeds Shigeru Sekinada, who will transition to the role of Chairman for Japan and continue as region chair for Asia Pacific.
