Dark Horse Comics has voluntarily recognized the unionization of its employees under Dark Horse Workers United, affiliated with the Communications Workers of America (CWA), Local 7901. This decision follows the employees' announcement of their intent
to unionize, which includes staff from the comics publisher and its retail arm, Things From Another World. Interim CEO Jay Komas stated that the company is committed to entering into good-faith bargaining with the union, marking a significant step in fostering a collaborative and respectful workplace environment.
