The 46th annual Orange County Black History Parade took place in Anaheim, celebrating the theme 'Unity in Purpose.' Organized by the Orange County Heritage Council, the event featured participation from local community organizations, schools, and Black sororities and fraternities. The parade, which began in 1980, aims to promote cultural awareness and highlight the historical contributions of Black people in Orange County. This year's event included performances by local dance teams and a Unity Festival with arts, crafts, and health resources. Ronald Rochon, president of California State University, Fullerton, served as the grand marshal, emphasizing the importance of community support and cultural celebration.
