What's Happening?
RENNtech has introduced the SEC V12 Sledgehammer, a modern restomod of the classic Mercedes-Benz C126 platform. This limited edition vehicle is powered by a naturally aspirated 7.5-liter V12 engine, producing 660 horsepower and 650 pound-feet of torque. The engine, an M120 V-12, is renowned for its use in the Le Mans-winning CLK GTR and the Pagani Zonda. The Sledgehammer features a fully restored body with a widened stance and integrated ducting for improved aerodynamics and cooling. Only 12 units will be produced, each with a custom interior tailored to the buyer's specifications. Customer deliveries are expected to begin in 2027, although pricing details have not been disclosed.
