MSC Cruises has launched a new AI-powered digital service called MSC Concierge, designed to enhance the guest experience on its ships. This service is integrated into the MSC for Me application and is available 24/7, allowing guests to make requests and ask
questions through a conversational chat interface in over 90 languages. The AI concierge can assist with booking services, restaurants, spa treatments, and shore excursions, as well as checking account balances and providing entertainment suggestions. The service is currently available on most of MSC's ships and will be rolled out fleetwide by the end of May. The initiative follows a successful pilot program that achieved a 93% service satisfaction score from over 170,000 guests.
