What's Happening?
The Effie Lions Foundation has introduced a new fellowship program, Voices of the Future, aimed at preparing the next generation of marketing leaders. This fully funded, eight-month program is designed to provide 12 college and graduate students with
comprehensive training in marketing, leadership, and AI fluency. Participants will also attend the Cannes Lions festival and complete a paid apprenticeship at global agencies and leading brands. The program, supported by Adobe through its Digital Academy, emphasizes the importance of soft skills in the evolving AI-driven marketing landscape. The initiative addresses the increasing complexity and competitiveness of the marketing industry, offering young professionals the tools and networks necessary to succeed.
