The deal, reportedly worth seven figures, includes previous titles such as Foundations of Flavor: The Noma Guide to Fermentation and Noma 2.0: Vegetable, Forest, Ocean. The New York Times recently reported allegations of physical and psychological abuse by Redzepi, based on accounts from former employees at Noma, the world-renowned restaurant in Copenhagen.
