Jorge Lendeborg Jr., known for his role in 'Spider-Man: No Way Home,' will replace Danny Ramirez as the character Manny due to scheduling conflicts. Additionally, Clea DuVall, recognized for her performances in 'Argo' and 'But I'm a Cheerleader,' joins the cast as a Seraphite, a member of an antagonistic cult. The series, based on the acclaimed post-apocalyptic video games, is co-created by Craig Mazin and Neil Druckmann. Mazin will take on the role of sole showrunner for the third season following Druckmann's departure. The show, which debuted in January 2023, has been renewed for a third season even before the release of its second season in 2025.
The cast includes returning stars Bella Ramsey as Ellie and Kaitlyn Dever as Abby, among others.
