Elliott, previously with Avison Young, brings over 20 years of experience in hotel valuations across the UK and Europe. Janda, also from Avison Young, has a background in pan-European hotel valuations and institutional advisory. Smith, formerly with Colliers, has expertise in feasibility studies and market assessments.
