Moraine Valley Community College is hosting its annual community art show, inviting artists aged 18 and older from within 50 miles of the Palos Hills campus to submit their work. The event, which runs from May 29 to July 30, will feature a variety of artistic
media, including paintings, sculptures, and mixed media. Lisa DeLuca, a seasoned photographer and art juror, will serve as the independent juror for this year's exhibition. DeLuca, who has extensive experience in both submitting to and judging art shows, aims to evaluate submissions based on creativity, narrative, and technical skill. The show will kick off with a reception on May 30, where awards will be announced. Artists can submit up to two pieces from May 19 to 21, with a submission fee of $15 per item.
