Element 25 has entered into new long-term agreements with Regroup Australia to manage mining services and ore haulage for its Butcherbird Mine in the Pilbara region of Western Australia. These agreements are part of Element 25's strategy to increase manganese
concentrate production to 1.1 million tonnes per annum, as outlined in a feasibility study completed in January 2025. Regroup Australia will oversee both mining operations and the transportation of ore to the Utah Point port facility in Port Hedland. This collaboration aims to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and minimize commercial interface risks by integrating operations under a single contractor.
