TravelManagers has announced the appointment of Erin Ross as the new Business Partnership Manager (BPM) for Queensland. This move is part of a strategic restructuring aimed at enhancing support for the company's network of private travel managers (PTMs).
Ross brings nearly 30 years of experience in the travel industry, having worked across leisure, corporate, and home-based sectors. Her career began with TravelManagers' parent company, House of Travel, as a domestic travel consultant. She later expanded her expertise to international and corporate consulting, including a stint in London, before establishing her own business as a PTM in Australia. In her new role, Ross will focus on supporting PTMs in Queensland, excluding the Gold Coast, while Lucy Hunter will manage PTMs in northern New South Wales and the Gold Coast.
