Arthur Palyan, recognized as the Best Life Coach in California for 2025, has announced a global expansion of his free self-awareness game, Level Up. The initiative aims to reach the estimated five billion people worldwide who do not speak English as their first language. To achieve this, Level Up is recruiting bilingual coaches and translators to make the platform accessible to non-English-speaking communities. The game, which is free and requires no signup, offers over 3,500 real-life scenarios that users can explore in their native languages. The platform has already partnered with international coaches like Aurora Maier and Laurie Van Werde, who will serve Korean-speaking users in the U.S. and South Korea, and Dutch-speaking users in the Netherlands,
Belgium, Suriname, and South Africa, respectively.
Why It's Important?
This expansion is significant as it addresses the gap in mental health and personal development resources available to non-English speakers. According to the World Health Organization, half of the global population will experience a mental health challenge in their lifetime, with many lacking access to care, especially in non-English-speaking regions. By providing resources in multiple languages, Level Up aims to empower individuals with self-awareness tools that are culturally and linguistically relevant. This initiative not only broadens the reach of personal development content but also creates economic opportunities for bilingual coaches who can set their own rates and build their own teams.
What's Next?
Level Up is actively seeking native speakers of languages such as Spanish, Hindi, Mandarin, Arabic, and others to join its coaching network. These partners will translate the game's content and offer coaching services to their communities. The platform operates on a flat fee structure, allowing coaches to retain the majority of their earnings. As the initiative grows, it is expected to attract more coaches and translators, further expanding its global reach and impact.
