Meta has announced the launch of America's Workforce Academy, a $115 million initiative aimed at preparing thousands of Americans for careers in the rapidly expanding artificial intelligence infrastructure sector. This program is designed to fast-track
individuals into high-demand jobs related to AI infrastructure, data centers, and modernized power grids. The initiative is in partnership with CBRE and Associated Builders and Contractors. Participants will undergo a four- to five-week boot camp, fully funded by Meta, which includes tuition, airfare, lodging, and a daily stipend. Upon successful completion, trainees are guaranteed job offers from Meta contractor partners and will be placed at Meta data center construction sites. The program is open to Alabama residents, with training sites available in Ohio, Texas, Louisiana, and Indiana.
