Ivy Elwell, the retiring Missouri State FFA President, has emphasized the diversity within Missouri agriculture as her term concludes. During her service, Elwell engaged with FFA members across the state, learning about various agricultural practices,
including rice and watermelon production in southeast Missouri. She believes that FFA members are well-prepared to become future leaders in agriculture, equipped with knowledge and advocacy skills gained through their involvement in FFA. Elwell is pursuing a degree in agricultural education at the University of Central Missouri, reflecting her commitment to fostering the next generation of agricultural professionals.
