A new musical adaptation of 'Imitation of Life' is set to premiere at The Shed's Griffin Theater Off-Broadway. The production features a book by Lynn Nottage and music and lyrics by John Legend. Directed
by Liesl Tommy, the musical is a co-production with the National Black Theatre and will run from September 9 to October 4.
