The Amerigol LATAM Cup, held at the Florida Panthers IceDen, features a diverse array of players, including expats and dual citizens, representing various Latin American and Caribbean countries. The tournament includes 21 teams across men's, women's,
and under-16 divisions from countries such as Argentina, Brazil, Chile, and Jamaica. Approximately 25% of the over 400 players do not reside in the countries they represent, highlighting the global nature of the event. The tournament's rules require players to be citizens or have direct familial ties to the countries they represent, fostering a sense of cultural connection and pride.
