Zov's, a family-owned restaurant known for its Mediterranean-style California cuisine, has opened a new location in San Clemente, California. This expansion is part of a broader plan by Burnham-Ward Properties to revitalize the Enderle Center in Tustin,
where Zov's flagship bistro and bakery are located. The new San Clemente restaurant is situated in the downtown district and features a coastal-inspired design. The menu includes a variety of Mediterranean-inspired dishes, such as mezze platters, locally sourced seafood, and signature entrees. Meanwhile, Burnham-Ward Properties plans to transform the Tustin site into Campo on 17th, a 60,000-square-foot commercial retail space with 100 townhome residences. Zov's will remain an anchor tenant and will debut a renovated restaurant in the new space.
