His role involves overseeing a multidisciplinary team that covers sustainability, building performance, acoustics, and façade engineering. Kelly's return to Ramboll, where he previously worked from 2019 to 2023, strengthens the company's ability to address complex sustainability challenges in the construction and property sectors. With over 20 years of experience, Kelly is known for his work in decarbonization, net zero strategies, and circular economy principles.
