Meliá Hotels International has announced plans to open two new hotels in Mendoza, Argentina, marking the company's entry into the province. The new properties, Meliá Mendoza and Meliá Collection Valle de Uco, are scheduled to open in 2028. Meliá Mendoza will
be located in central Mendoza city, featuring 140 rooms, a restaurant, a bar, and meeting facilities under the Meliá Hotels & Resorts brand. Meliá Collection Valle de Uco will be situated about 100 kilometers from Mendoza city, offering 110 rooms, including 10 branded residences, a wellness area, and multiple dining options. Both hotels are owned by Grupo Almarena, expanding their partnership with Meliá Hotels International to five properties in Argentina.
