in bakery products for the hospitality sector and will continue to operate independently under its current management. Founder Xevi Ramón will assume an advisory role at Monbake, focusing on product development and R&D. Monbake, owned by CVC Capital Partners, is a major player in the frozen bakery market, with a presence in over 30 countries and a workforce of more than 2,500 employees.
