$90 million in sales, with $12 million recorded in the first quarter of 2026 alone. The residences occupy the top 15 floors of a newly constructed 28-story JW Marriott tower, offering a range of units from one-bedroom plus den to three-bedroom configurations. Residents benefit from a suite of amenities, including 24-hour concierge and valet services, access to JW Marriott hotel services, and exclusive membership benefits. The development is part of the larger Reston Station project, which includes office towers, high-rise apartments, and various dining and retail options.
