with Gianasso and Criton splitting their time between Paris and London, and Colle based in Paris. Gianasso is recognized as one of France's leading M&A and private equity lawyers, having been named France's private equity lawyer of the year in 2025. The new hires are expected to bolster Ropes & Gray's presence in the European market.
