and telehealth, found that commercial plan members are increasingly using mobile apps, with usage reaching a record 38%. In contrast, Medicare Advantage (MA) members have shown a decline in app usage, dropping to 20%. This trend marks a reversal from the pandemic era when senior digital engagement surged. Cigna Healthcare ranked highest among commercial plans, followed by Premera Blue Cross and UnitedHealthcare. For Medicare Advantage, UPMC Health Plan took the top spot, followed by Healthfirst, Devoted Health, and UHC.
