for an undisclosed amount. The seller, a local self-storage owner and developer, was represented by Jordan Farrer and Adam Schlosser of the LeClaire-Schlosser Group. Managed by Extra Space Storage, the facility is situated on 3.2 acres and was originally constructed in 2007. It underwent a comprehensive renovation in 2024, culminating in the opening of a Phase II in 2025. The property comprises 12 single-story buildings with 328 drive-up units, a gated entry with a digital keypad, an onsite management office, 24/7 video surveillance, asphalt driveways, and units with roll-up doors.
