Krafton India has launched a new multiplayer mode called Party Run in its mobile game CookieRun India, alongside a collaboration with Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI). This update introduces a 16-player,
skill-based mode that includes Solo, Duo (with voice chat), and Friendly formats. The collaboration also brings BGMI-themed items to CookieRun, such as the Lone Survivor Cookie and the Air Drop Pet. Minu Lee, vice president and head of publishing at Krafton India, explained that the new mode fills a gap in India's casual gaming scene by offering a lighter, skill-driven experience. The update aims to cater to players seeking quick, social gaming sessions without the intensity of a full battle royale.
