Cobey Sellers, a former four-star recruit and Texas A&M transfer, has committed to Vanderbilt football. Sellers, who stands at 5-foot-11 and weighs 175 pounds, played in one game during his freshman year
with the Aggies, who participated in the College Football Playoff. Originally from Shadow Creek High School in Houston, Sellers was ranked as the No. 255 player in the Class of 2024 by 247Sports Composite. As a transfer, he was rated a three-star and No. 557 in the portal. In addition to football, Sellers was also a track athlete in high school. Vanderbilt has also secured commitments from other defensive and offensive players, including Talan Carter, a defensive lineman from Jacksonville State.
