The Indian indie drama 'Kabootar', directed by Ishan Sharma, has secured co-production partners in France and Norway. Paris-based Haiku Films and Oslo-based Rein Film have joined India's MDC Filmworks to produce the project. The film, described as a detective
drama, is set in Old Delhi and involves a street detective who reads letters written to a Djinn. The project has attracted key creatives, including cinematographer Udit Khurana and casting director Dilip Shankar. Principal photography is scheduled to start early next year.
