The project is anchored by the Prospero Deposit, which hosts a shallow inferred mineral resource of 94,500 ounces of gold. The deposit has not been drilled since the 1990s and remains open at depth and along strike. Recharge Metals plans to commence drilling following the completion of the transaction and necessary approvals. The company has also secured $3.75 million in funding to support the drilling program and general working capital.
