Loyal Metals, listed on the Australian Securities Exchange as ASX:LLM, has exercised its option to fully acquire the Highway Reward Copper-Gold Mine and the Big Magpie Project located in Queensland, Australia. This acquisition follows a comprehensive
technical assessment and validation process conducted over the past nine months. The sale and purchase agreement is now effective, pending customary administrative and regulatory transfer requirements. The project title is expected to be transferred in the second half of 2026, with the mining leases and associated assets being transferred to Loyal Metals' subsidiary, Highway Copper Gold. The Highway Reward Project is historically recognized for its high-grade copper production, having produced 3.65 million tonnes at 5.7% copper and approximately 260,000 tonnes at 4.5 grams per tonne gold.
