Highland Park High School's volleyball team achieved a historic victory by winning its first-ever Class 5A Division I state title. The team demonstrated exceptional performance by not losing a single set throughout the playoffs, culminating in a decisive win against A&M Consolidated. Sophomore Sarah Floyd was recognized for her outstanding contributions and was named the Most Valuable Player (MVP) of the tournament.
