92 production instances of generative AI, impacting areas such as customer service and operations. CEO Nick Hawkins outlined that 'deploy' involves incorporating AI into existing platforms, 'shape' focuses on tailoring AI to specific business needs, and 'compose' builds complex AI solutions at scale. IAG's efforts have resulted in significant operational changes, with over 2000 employees using AI in their daily tasks.
