Jacqueline Falk, daughter of the late 'Columbo' star Peter Falk, has died by suicide at the age of 60. She was found hanged in her Los Angeles home, as confirmed by the Los Angeles Medical Examiner’s Office. Jacqueline and her sister Catherine were adopted
by Peter Falk and his first wife, Alyce Mayo. Jacqueline largely stayed out of the public eye, unlike her sister, who became a private investigator and advocated for familial visitation rights. Peter Falk, known for his role in 'Columbo,' passed away in 2011, and his second wife, Shera Danese, became his conservator after he was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s disease.
