Jessi Pontrelli, a junior at Lemont High School, is following in her sister Nicole's footsteps by making a name for herself in softball. Nicole was a key player in Lemont's state championship win in 2023, and Jessi is now carrying on that legacy. As a versatile
player, Jessi has excelled both offensively and defensively, batting .519 this season with 25 runs and 13 stolen bases. Her leadership on the team has grown, and she is seen as a driving force for Lemont's continued success.
