Lemonsoft Oyj has acquired a 76% ownership stake in Jakamo Osakeyhtiö, a Finnish software company specializing in industrial procurement processes. This acquisition aims to strengthen Lemonsoft's offerings for industrial manufacturing customers by enhancing procurement and supply chain collaboration. Jakamo's cloud-based SaaS platform connects industrial companies with their supplier networks, facilitating improved transparency and information flow. The transaction, valued at approximately EUR 3.9 million, is expected to be completed by March 2, 2026. Jakamo will continue to operate as a subsidiary of Lemonsoft, with its current CEO, Jarl Matti Anttila, remaining in his role.
