In high school boys' hockey, Canton narrowly defeated St. Lawrence Central 2-1, while Potsdam secured a 6-3 victory over Broome County. High school girls' volleyball saw Rome Free Academy triumph over Watertown with a 3-0 win. College sports also saw significant action, with SUNY Morrisville's men's basketball team achieving a commanding 110-81 victory over SUNY Potsdam. In women's basketball, SUNY Potsdam defeated SUNY Morrisville 76-56. The college hockey scene included a close match where Harvard edged out Clarkson 2-1.
