Casillo's previous experience includes serving as Premium Team Lead at British Airways and holding senior leadership roles at InterContinental Boston. In 2017, she joined Turnberry Associates, leading the pre-opening and operations of Courtyard by Marriott Boston Downtown/North Station. Her tenure was marked by strong operational performance and industry recognition.
