Jetstar is celebrating its 22nd anniversary by launching a 'Return for Free Sale', which offers over 75,000 free return fares on more than 80 domestic and international routes. This promotion allows customers to receive a free return fare when they purchase
an outbound starter fare, with a list of selected travel dates available. The sale is accessible to Club Jetstar members 12 hours earlier than the general public, starting at midday AEST. Public access begins at midnight AEST on May 4, 2026, and the sale concludes at 11:59 pm AEST on May 6, 2026, unless tickets sell out sooner. The sale includes domestic routes such as Adelaide to Melbourne and international routes like Perth to Bali. Jetstar's executive manager of customer and digital, Prue McKenzie, emphasized the airline's commitment to providing low fares, especially during times of economic pressure.
