Wynalda Packaging has introduced its Rigid Box and Molded Pulp Insert at Luxe Pack New York, designed for the Dr. Squatch Cologne Discovery Pack. This packaging solution combines structural engineering and material optimization to deliver a premium experience
while adhering to sustainability goals. The outer package is a two-piece telescoping rigid box with an integrated platform for securely holding cologne bottles. A notable innovation is the full-sheet embossing process that replicates a textured paper surface. The molded pulp insert includes 20% recycled content, derived from scrap solid bleached sulfate (SBS) from Wynalda's production process.
