Smorgasburg, the renowned open-air market originating from Williamsburg, is set to expand to Central Park starting May 14. This expansion will feature over 25 vendors at the Columbus Circle entrance, operating
every Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 12 p.m. to 8 p.m. The market, known for its diverse food offerings, includes vendors like 82 Bowl with Korean BBQ, Ambo with Indian comfort food, and Chenzi offering Fuzhounese street food. This move comes as Smorgasburg also prepares to open a new Pan-American restaurant, Six Coasts, on Governors Island, which will offer a menu inspired by coastal identities across the Americas.
