energy needs equivalent to the entire power demand of Ireland in 2023. Overview Energy, founded in 2022, is developing sunlight-collecting satellites to extend the time terrestrial solar infrastructure can collect energy. The satellites will operate in geostationary orbit, beaming power to Earth using near-infrared light, allowing data-center operators to maximize solar panel energy collection after dark.
